QuadWise Office

The starting point for Quadwiseﾒs new office in Volume Kurtk￶y was to create a balanced environment where diverse needs could coexist within the same space.

After analyzing the officeﾒs spatial and operational requirements, a new layout was developed to improve functionality and circulation. The existing infrastructure was renewed, carpet tiles were selected for the flooring, and a lighting scheme was proposed to support different working environments and activities.

At the intersection of the kitchen and workstation areas, a multifunctional solution was developed to become the social heart of the office. Designed as both a storage unit and a communal space, the central island provides an informal setting where employees can gather, have meals, and socialize throughout the day.

As part of the project, procurement consultancy was provided for furniture and equipment selections, while custom-sized furniture was designed and produced specifically for the space.

The entire design, procurement, production, and implementation coordination process was managed remotely by our studio.
