Inci Apartment

The project area is located in a region where the density of housing is predominantly in the developing Yunusemre Neighborhood of Tokat-Zile. On this parcel, which is on an island where there is a separate order construction determined by the municipality, a structure is designed to include 10 independent sections at the request of the employer. Considering the elevation difference of the area, there are 2 pcs, 3 + 1 reverse duplexes with ground floor and six uses, and a total of 8 pcs , 2 + 1 apartments on the other floors.

In upper floor plans considering different user demands; Two different typologies with identical m² measurements have been developed to support the rectangular and square uses of the hall area. This differentiation was preferred because the floor plans crossed on each floor do not have a negative effect on the production cost, on the contrary, a façade is designed with low cost by using different floor plans.

Transparency has been proposed in this area as the core volume makes the most of daylight and simplicity is a priority in the façade design..
