Hasköylü Summer House

This three-storey summer house in Kefken underwent a comprehensive renovation, beginning with the renewal of its primary building services, including heating, electrical, and plumbing systems.

The renovation scope included new flooring and ceramic finishes, the replacement of the steel entrance door and ground-floor window and door frames, as well as interventions to the walls, interior doors, fireplace, barbecue area, roof, veranda timberwork, and exterior flooring.

Functional spatial solutions were developed for the three bathrooms, kitchen, pantry, and bedrooms, with the aim of improving both everyday usability and overall spatial efficiency.

Custom furniture designs were developed for the residence, with the production and implementation processes coordinated and supervised throughout the project.
