AddMore was established in 2021 as a pizza and coffee restaurant affiliated with Özerler Süt Ürünleri A.Ş. Cevatbey Mansion Branch, which is the main branch, was opened in May 2021, has come into operation.

Cevat Bey Mansion, which is considered one of the oldest known residences of Çark Street and one of the historical symbols of Sakarya, was completely burned in the past and was rebuilt in 2011 in accordance with its original form. The building, which has been badly used and worn in the past 10 years, has been completely renovated. First of all, the worn avant-garde wall coverings were dismantled, the plumbing and infrastructure were strengthened and almost completely renewed. Worn wooden floors and ceilings have been sanded and painted, wooden windows and siding have also been maintained,

The design was carried out in accordance with the corporate concept of AddMore. In line with the company’s request, each room is designed for different usage purposes. The top floor is designed to serve as an incubation center that includes dough manufacturing, coffee roasting manufacturing and packaging, personnel training and management office.

Things done in the process of working as an architect at AddMore are as follows:

• Development of Corporate Architectural Concept Design, Creation of Furniture Designs, Application Drawings, Design of Production Details, Production of Post Production Visualizations, Discovery-Quantity, Cost Calculations, Purchasing Processes were followed.

In addition to these, the Programming of Construction Stages was followed and managed.
